Owner is a Japanese hook maker based in Nishiwaki, Hyogo, the same town as Gamakatsu and the center of Japanese hook making. Owner is known for very sharp points and a wide range of saltwater circle hooks. For deep dropping, its key lines are the Mutu family of circle hooks, the SSW Circle and ringed versions with welded rings, plus Hyper Wire split rings rated up to 250 lb.

Owner circle hooks
Owner’s Mutu and SSW circles are forged, with corrosion-resistant finishes and an offset “hangnail” point that helps them catch in the corner of the mouth. Owner says they reduce deep hooking and improve landing rates. Most have an up-eye for snelling, the way many deep droppers rig circle hooks.
Ringed hooks: Owner sells several saltwater circles, including the Super Mutu and Mutu, with a welded ring in the eye. Owner says the ring reduces stress on the hook and lets live baits swim more naturally.
Note on offset hooks: most Owner Mutu and SSW circles have an offset point. Some tournaments and US reef fish rules require non-offset circle hooks, so check the rules before using them.

Verdict
Owner makes some of the sharpest saltwater circle hooks you can buy. The SSW and Super Mutu circles suit snelled deep drop rigs, and the Hyper Wire split rings give clear strength ratings for rig building. Just check whether your fishery requires non-offset hooks, because most Owner circles are offset.
