TICA Conventional Reels — features in separate columns
TICA (Everwinner, Taichung, Taiwan) makes value-priced boat, trolling and jigging reels. Freshwater-oriented baitcasters and line counters (Caiman, Samira, Striper, Tactica) are excluded.

2025–2026 updates and current generations
2025–2026: we found no dated TICA conventional-reel launch in 2025 or 2026, and TICA was absent from ICAST 2026 saltwater reel coverage. TICA's homepage news is undated (new distributors in Hungary and Italy, and a New Zealand review of the Victor TYA5R).
Newest-looking family: the Titan Claw TC, listed in both TICA's baitcasting and boat-reel menus, appears to be the most recent addition, but TICA gives no date. One dealer marks the Victor TYA5-HL as discontinued while TICA still lists it.
TICA company and conventional-reel overview
A Taiwanese value maker
TICA is the reel brand of Everwinner, founded in 1965, with the TICA name used since 1991; it is based in Taichung, Taiwan, and runs a US site (ticaamerica.com). The company is best known for spinning reels, but sells a substantial boat, trolling and jigging range, from graphite star-drag reels to CNC-machined two-speed lever drags.
TICA's strengths are low prices and a broad range, including left-hand models; the trade-off is limited published data, fewer dealers in the US and less prominent service networks than the major brands.
How to choose
For jigging, the Victor TYA (slow-pitch) or Titan Claw (light jigging and casting); for trolling on a budget, the Oxean (two-speed OX50TS); for big game, TicaTeam WTS or ST/STL; and for everyday boat fishing, Sea-Wave, Toptec, Themis or the Seaspirit line counter.

Spec cautions
TICA's page lists “handle length 93 mm”, which looks like the 93 cm retrieve; it lists magnetic cast control where a dealer says centrifugal; and the dealer lists 6.1:1 for the “H” model.
Verdict
A well-built forged-aluminum jigging reel at a fair price, with left-hand options.
